Phil was born in Chester, PA and at the age of 9 moved to Brookhaven, PA. He attended Christian School during his elementary years, public schools for his secondary education then Drexel University where he earned a B.S. in Accounting. With his family he attended Calvary Presbyterian in Middletown, PA, a member of the Reformed Presbyterian Church. His entire career was spent in the financial industry where he met his wife Maria, who has been a member of Covenant’s Chancel Choir for 20+ years. They have 4 adult children – 2 boys, 2 girls and 6 grandchildren spread out between CA, MD and PA.
