
Jonathan Kreamer
Accompanist
Jonathan Kreamer is an accomplished choral conductor and music educator with over 25 years of experience. He began his teaching career in the Upper Darby School District before joining the West Chester Area School District in 2008. After a decade at E.N. Peirce Middle School, he became Director of Choral Activities at B. Reed Henderson High School, where he has revitalized the program into one of the most respected in Chester County. In 2024, the Henderson Chamber Choir was selected to perform at the PMEA State Conference. Kreamer also serves as District Music Department Lead, coordinating music education across 17 schools and 46 faculty members.
Outside the classroom, Kreamer has made significant contributions to the regional arts community. He served as Director of Music Ministries at Paoli Presbyterian Church (2004–2018) and is currently a choral scholar with the professional choir of Christ Church Christiana Hundred in Wilmington, DE. He is the longtime Artistic Director of The Brandywine Singers, a leading Chester County choral ensemble known for its adventurous programming and commissioned works. Since 2007, he has also served as resident music director for The Greater Ocean City Theatre Company, collaborating on over 25 professional productions. Kreamer holds a B.S. in Music Education and an M.M. in Choral Conducting from West Chester University, where he studied under Alan Wagner, Donald Nally, and David P. DeVenney. His contributions have been recognized with the Key to the Borough of West Chester and the Legacy of Leadership Award from West Chester University.
